A youth association to provide digital support to young people!
HorizonLab is an association founded in October 2016 in Castellamma di Stabia, close to Naples (Italy).
The founders, mainly engineering students, were moved by the feeling of inclusion of people from different backgrounds and different ages in the digital world. Since then, the association has been partnering into different projects, all of them based on digital and social projects. In 2017, HorizonLab started to partner with other European Associations under the scope of Horizon2020 EU projects. Currently, they have key roles in two KA2 projects, Digital Environmental Education and Makerspace 4 Inclusion, beside a KA1 Training Course project, Technological Upcycling, terminated in 2018. Since 2021, Horizon Lab is developing pedagogical supports for increasing awareness of risks related to IoT objects in the framework of Internet of Tricks Erasmus+ KA2 Project.
HorizonLab is proudly managed by a team of heterogeneous people, coming from different areas, that continuously contributes to the association’s life providing always news ideas.
